1975, 70s Boho, Retro Summer Clothing Patterns - MISSES' SMOCK TOP IN TWO LENGTHS (INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED FOR EMBROIDERY ON RICK-RACK AND LACE): The smock top with front and back gathered to yoke has square neckline, back button closing, set-in sleeves gathered with ribbon or cord drawstrings forming self ruffles. V. 1 &3 have longsleeves.V.2 &4 have short sleeves. V. 3 &4 tops are5"shorter than V. I &2.V.1,2 &4 have rick-rack trim. V.4 has lace trim under rick-rack at neck edge.
