Shipping policy
I package and ship orders within 2 days of your paid order. Usually the next day as long as I catch my mailman! Patterns ship via USPS Ground Advantage and are at a Flat Rate based on the weight of your order and your USPS Zone. I ship from Zone 1.
I am only shipping to Canada and Australia internationally at the moment.
Kindly keep in mind you may have to pay VAT or Custom Duties Tax on your orders. Check with your local customs office to determine your country's laws and limits.
Here are the S&H costs you can expect to see when you check out. One Single Pattern usually weighs between 3-6 ounces. Please email me for any Priority Mail quotes, or if your package ends up being more than 4 pounds.

Returns & Refunds:
Oh no.. did I miss something? You may return sewing patterns via USPS that are not complete or not as described for a full refund if it wasn't disclosed on the listing. If I messed up; I'll even pay return shipping. You may return a pattern at your expense if you have buyers' remorse. It must be received back in the same condition it was shipped out.
Either way, I don't charge a restocking fee! Just contact me within 3 days of receipt and we'll get it taken care of.
