1968, 60s Crafts, Retro Accessory Clothing Patterns - Misses' Ruffled Fill In, Ascot, Bib and Cuffs. A halter FILL-IN with 3 1/2 inch wide self ruffle has V neck and center front hooked opening. Ruffle is self faced and halter is lined with lining fabric. Waistline ribbon or tape in casing ties at back. B bib is organdy, edged with ruffle lace. Two additional rows of ruffle lace are stitched down center front. Attached lace neck ruffle is over an organdy neckband, snapped at center back. Matching ruffle lace cuffs, center elastic. Bib and cuffs shown over a dress could also be worn tucked under a suit jacket. C ascot self faced, two oval self ruffled ends.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has edge wear & tear.
