1970s, 70s Children, Retro Sleepwear Clothing Patterns - Girls' Nightgown, Pajamas & Doll: Loose-fitting, long nightgown or pajama, gathered into shaped front and back yokes, has front pleat, jewel neckline, front buttoned yoke, full-length raglan sleeves elasticized at wrists forming self ruffle and purchased lace or eyelet trim. Straight-legged pajama bottoms, without side seams, have elasticized waistline. Pattern pieces and instructions included for doll, doll's nightgown and scarf.  

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
