Dress, fitted through waistline, 3" (7 5cm) below mid-knee or below mid-calf, has shoulder pads, front and back princess seams, shaped waistline, flared skirt, side pockets, back zipper and short or full length sleeves. A topstitching. B standing collar and purchased ribbon tie.
