1991, 90s Designer, Retro Evening Clothing Patterns - MISSES' JACKET, SKIRT & BLOUSE Semi-fitted, lined, below hip jacket has notched collar, slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, side panels, no side seams, flaps, lower weft pockets and long, two-piece sleeves with mock vent and button trim. Slightly tapered, mock wrap skirt, above mid-knee, has raised waist, tucked right front and back zipper. Semi-fitted, mock wrap blouse has raised neckline, tucked front, back neckband, side zipper, shaped hemline and long sleeves with tuck and zipper. Note: Skirt, Blouse: No Provision for Below or Above Waist Adjustment.
