MISSES' TOP & SKIRT Semi-fitted top, (loose-fitting through bust), has shoulder pads, low armholes, front and back tucks, and above elbow or long sleeves with tucks at cap and belt. A: contrast detachable collar and bias cuffs. Flared, pleated skirt, above ankle has waistband, side pockets and pocket opening.
