View A and B have armhole ruffle. View C and D have short banded sleeves. View A and C have Peter Pan collar. View D with skirt cut of single edge galloon eyelet has eyelet trim.  

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern is uncut and has not been used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
