The top with back zipper has lowered round neckline Collarless views have short set in sleeves. Top stitched view has patch pockets, button trim and purchased belt. View 2 top contrasts skirt. View 3 with short puff sleeves gathered to sleeve bands has two piece collar and button trim. Cute!

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has some edge wear.
