1970, 70s Mod, Retro Housewife Clothing Patterns - MISSES' DRESS: The top-stitched dress with front zipper closing has rounded collar. V. 1 & 2 feature patch pockets with flaps and belt fastened with buttons and buttonholes. V. 1 with short set-in sleeves has contrasting collar, bell and pocket flaps. V. 2 with optional purchased scarf and V. 3 with optional purchased belt are sleeveless.
