1968, 60s Casual, Retro Beginners Clothing Patterns - The top stitched shirt with front button closing and forward shoulder seams has high round neckline, notched collar and set sleeves. View 1 with long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs has patch pockets and button trimmed flaps. View 2 has short sleeves with turn back cuffs. Shirt may be tied in front. The creased bell bottom pants have side zipper and waistband. A purchased belt or sash may be worn.

CONDITION: This original vintage sewing pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has edge wear. Stock photo shown, I have this in a couple different sizes.
