1992, 90's Children, Retro Separates Clothing Patterns - Top with back neckline zipper has short sleeves and purchased applique trim. V. 1 with elastic sleeve casing forming self ruffle has lower ruffle. Pull-on skirt, pants or shorts have elastic waistline casing. Sailor hat has optional ribbon trim and applique.

CONDITION: This original vintage sewing pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
