1974, 70s Children, Retro School Clothing Patterns - Child's Pullover Smock-Top and Pants: The top-stitched top gathered to yoke has collar, front opening, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, patch pockets and optional eyelet and lacing trim. The pants have elastic waistline casing. 

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
