V. 1 with contrasting collar and front bands has long sleeves. V. 2 has short sleeves. V. 3 with roll type collar has front zipper and long set-in sleeves.

CONDITION: This original vintage sewing pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has some edge wear.
