1972, 70s Children, Retro School Clothing Patterns - CHILD'S DRESS: The dress stitched to yokes has back zipper, front pleats, high round neckline, "Peter Pan" collar and Self-fabric belt. V. 1 with long set-in sleeves has contrasting collar and sleeve bands. V. 2 with short puff set-in sleeves is gathered with elastic casings. 

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has edge wear.
