1964, 60s Children, Retro Separates Clothing Patterns - CHILDS AND Girls' BLOUSE, SKIRT, TOP AND PANTS: Blouse has front button closing, collar with ends tied or not, and long set-in sleeves that gather to buttoned cuffs. The A line skirt has side zipper, center inverted pleats and waistband. The sleeveless lined top has V neckline. Pants have side zipper and waistband.

CONDITION:  This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
