1972, 70s Children & Teens, Retro Separates Clothing Patterns - Girls' SMOCK-TOP AND PANTS: The pants V. 1, 2 & 3 have turn back cuffs and elastic waistline casing. The top-stitched smock-top softly gathered to bias yoke has front button closing, collar, bias patch pockets and long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 1 has collar, cuffs and pockets of pants fabric. V. 3 features purchased appliques.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
