1972, 70s Children, Retro Baby Clothing Patterns - TODDLERS SMOCK-TOP AND BELL-BOTTOM PANTS: The smock-top softly gathered to yoke has front button closing, high round neckline, collar, patch pockets and set-in sleeves. Top-stitched V. 1 has short sleeves. V. 2 with contrasting collar has long sleeves gathered to contrasting sleeve bands. The bell-bottom pants with elastic waistline casing has optional decorative snap fasteners at inner leg seam.

CONDITION:  This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern is uncut and has not been used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
