1963, 60s Mad Men, Retro Secretary Clothing Patterns - Dress has high round neckline, kimono style sleeves, center back zipper closing. Bodice is dart fitted, waistline back is gathered. Slim skirt has a front panel, pockets concealed in side front seams. V 1 has below elbow length sleeves. V 2 has short sleeves. A self fabric or purchased belt may be worn with both Views.
