1963, 60s Modest, Retro Daytime Clothing Patterns - JUNIORS AND MISSES ONE -PIECE DRESS: Dress has high rounded neckline, front button closing on bodice, short set-in sleeves, and full softly pleated skirt. Belt is self-fabric or purchased. V. I features a stand-up collar of contrasting fabric and the sleeves roll up to form cuffs. V. 2 is collarless and has topstitching. Optional self-fabric Ascot collar is sewed to neckline.
