1949, 40s Beginners, Retro Office Clothing Patterns - SIMPLE TO MAKE Skirt and Weskit. An inverted pleat is released down the center front of the skirt. A waistband finishes the upper edge. In style 1 a double flap trim is featured. The dart-fitted weskit, styled with a U neckline, is lined and secured with a front button closing.
