1948, 40s Children, Retro Sleepwear Clothing Patterns - Soft gathers are released from the shoulder yoke of the front buttoning top. The trousers, pleated at the front waistline, have elastic in back and join to a waistband in front. In Style 1, a self ruffle, edged with lace, outlines the yoke. The lace trimmed, long sleeves are finished with casing at the lower edge thru which elastic is drawn to form a ruffle effect. Style 2 has a peter pan collar, short cuffed sleeves and a patch pocket. Lovely!

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern is uncut and has not been used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has edge wear.
