Blouse A collar and patch pockets are trimmed with purchased tatting; long sleeves with gathered cap are gathered into buttoned cuffs. B has collar and short sleeves with gathered cap. C has tie collar. D has neckband and purchased collar and cuffs. Long sleeves C and D with pleated cap are pleated into buttoned cuffs.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
