Purchased belt for dress is optional. Top has elastic in lower casing. (Skirt not included in pattern.)  

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern is uncut and has not been used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
