1961, 60s Children, Retro Sleepwear Clothing Patterns - Yoked nightgown or pajamas and nightcap. Pajamas top or gown gathered to yoke, back and front; set-in puff sleeves. Pajamas have front buttoned top, gown has front buttoned yoke. Pants, in choice of two lengths, have elastic in hem at back waistline. Beading with ribbon and lace edging on gown and short pajamas. Lace and ribbon trimmed circle nightcap has elastic on inside forming ruffle.  

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope is fragile with edge wear & tear.
