1974, 70s Boho, Retro Hippie Clothing Patterns - Pullover dress or top has ruffle and shaped front belt stitched to front. A has puffed sleeves with elastic wrist casings, B, C has flared sleeves. Groovy boho styles! Please note; Pants not included in pattern.
