1974, 70s Separates, Retro Mix & Match Clothing Patterns - Front yoked shirt-jacket with collar and puffed sleeves, has buttoned or snapped front bands; long sleeves gather into cuffs. Pullover top has elastic at upper edge. Skirt with slight gathers at side front, and pants have left side zipper.  

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
