1970s, 70s Summer, Retro Casual Clothing Patterns - Loose fitting blouse with or without purchased drawstring hemline has pointed collar, front buttoned closing, purchased drawstring shoulders, edge stitching and topstitch trim. Sleeveless, three-quarter length sleeves worn rolled up or full length sleeves elasticized at wrists. C and D; have shaped patch pockets with buttoned flap.
