1980s, 80s Career, Retro Designer Clothing Patterns - Janet Russo. MISSES' JACKET & SKIRT Semi-fitted, unlined, hip jacket has shoulder pads, slightly extended shoulders, self or contrast scalloped collar, front and back princess seams, welt pocket and above elbow or three-quarter length sleeves. Straight skirt, 2" (5cm) or 5" (12.5cm) below mid-knee, has waistband, back hemline vent and back zipper.
