V. 2 with contrast dickey and sleeves has top-stitched hem and side slits. V. 3 has short sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and contrast dickey, band and bow.

CONDITION: This original vintage sewing pattern is uncut. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
