1943, 40s Children, Retro Play Clothing Patterns - CHILD'S OVERALL AND SMOCK. Patch pockets trim the front of the overalls. Tiny suspenders are attached to the faced bib in the front and to the overalls in the back. The top is pleated at the back and front. Trim Style I with rickrack and heart-shaped pockets. Choose long or short sleeves.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern is unprinted and was used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has edge wear & tear.
