1961, 60s Menswear, Retro Daytime Clothing Patterns - YOUNG MEN & MEN’S SHIRT, VEST AND REVERSIBLE VEST. Shirt has yoke, patch pocket, and optional loop and button at front neck. Sleeves may be long or short. Vest has welt pockets. When reversible vest is worn with facing side outside it will fasten right over left. See Simplicity 4161 for matching Boys’ pattern.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
