1966, 60s Children, Retro Baby Clothing Patterns - Toddlers’ One Piece Dress & Panties. Dress gathered to yoke has high round neckline, back zipper and raglan sleeves. Ruffle trimmed views have long sleeves with elastic casings forming self ruffles. View 1 has lace edging trim. View 2 has contrasting yoke. Lace trimmed View 3 has bias bound short sleeves. Panties have elastic waistline and leg casings. Adorable!

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions. Envelope has some upper edge wrinkling.
