1960s, 60s Children, Retro Separates Clothing Patterns - Child's Blouse, Top and Skirt: Blouse has set-in sleeves, top-stitching and Peter Pan collar. V. 1 and 2 have below the elbow length sleeves gathered into sleevebands V. 3 has roll up sleeves. Skirt has pressed or unpressed pleats, center back closing and elastic at sides. Suspenders cross in back and button in front. Short Top (V. 1 and 3) has lowered neckline and back button closing. V. 1 has flap trim and top-stitching. V. 3 has button trim.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
