1962, 60s Children, Retro Baby Clothing Patterns - Child's One-Piece Dress, Apron and Panties - Transfer Included: Dress has Peter Pan collar, short puff sleeves with elastic forming self ruffles, back button closing and gathered skirt. Belt is of bodice fabric. Skirt and collar are of contrasting fabrics. Loosely fitted apron has embroidered, applique pocket and self ruffle. Bias binding extend to ties in back. Panties have elastic at waistline and leg edges forming self ruffles at leg edges.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
