1963, 60s Sportswear, Retro Daytime Clothing Patterns - MISSES' AND WOMEN'S ACTION BACK SHIRT: Shirt has a notch-type collar, raglan sleeves, a pleat each side of center back for more freedom of movement and front button closing. V. 1 has long sleeves pleated to wristbands and optional top-stitching detail on collar. V. 2 has short sleeves with notch detail, patch pocket and may have top-stitching detail or braid trim.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
