B: mock front bands, flaps with button trim and stitched hems. Sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows). A,B,C: collar and pocket variations. C,D: side slits and loops. B,C,D: unlined.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern is uncut and has not been used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
