1974, 70s Children, Retro Boyswear Clothing Patterns - BOY'S UNLINED SHIRT-JACKET. The top-stiched, unlined shirt-jacket V.1 or 2 with front band has button or snap fastened closing, shirt type collar, flaps buttoned to patch pockets and long set-in sleeves stiched to buttoned or snap fastened shaped cuffs. V. 1 features contrasting yokes, cuffs and pocket flaps.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
