Three quarter length sleeves A, C, with bound hem, and short sleeves B, D have gathered cap. Purchased flower is optional. Pants, in two lengths, have purchased maternity panel and elastic in back waistline casing.

CONDITION: This Original Vintage Sewing Pattern was cut & used. All pieces appear to be complete and intact and have been neatly refolded with the original instructions.
